Las empresas existentes tambi\u00e9n deben cumplir esta nueva normativa e incluir su identificaci\u00f3n legal en todas las comunicaciones y documentos oficiales. <\/p><p>A partir de ahora, las sociedades mercantiles se identificar\u00e1n por su n\u00famero de identificaci\u00f3n legal, que el Registro Nacional asignar\u00e1 autom\u00e1ticamente. Con este cambio, el nombre de la entidad ser\u00e1 su n\u00famero de identificaci\u00f3n legal, seguido de \u00abS.A.\u00bb o \u00abS.R.L.\u00bb, seg\u00fan el tipo de sociedad constituida. <\/p><p>En resumen, los principales cambios introducidos por esta nueva legislaci\u00f3n son los siguientes:<\/p><ul><li>Identificaci\u00f3n por n\u00famero de identificaci\u00f3n legal: Las nuevas S.A. y S.R.L. se identificar\u00e1n \u00fanicamente por su n\u00famero de identificaci\u00f3n legal, asignado por el Registro Nacional.<\/li><li>Supresi\u00f3n de la denominaci\u00f3n social: No se exigir\u00e1 ni permitir\u00e1 la adopci\u00f3n de una denominaci\u00f3n social para la identificaci\u00f3n legal de estas empresas.<\/li><li>Registro del nombre comercial: Las empresas podr\u00e1n registrar su nombre comercial, que utilizan como identificador comercial, para proteger y salvaguardar su identidad y propiedad intelectual frente a terceros.<\/li><li>Aplicaci\u00f3n a las empresas existentes: La reforma se aplica tanto a las nuevas empresas como a las ya registradas, que ahora deben incluir su identificaci\u00f3n legal en todas las comunicaciones y documentos oficiales.<\/li><li>Eliminaci\u00f3n de la reserva de nombre: Se elimina la posibilidad de reservar el nombre de una empresa antes de su constituci\u00f3n.<\/li><\/ul><p>A la luz de los cambios mencionados, registrar un nombre comercial es esencial para proteger la identidad de la marca frente a terceros. Aunque ya no sea legalmente obligatorio, el nombre comercial sigue teniendo una importancia estrat\u00e9gica para las empresas. <\/p><p>Un nombre comercial distingue a la empresa en el mercado, al tiempo que protege legalmente su identidad corporativa, impide el uso indebido por terceros y ayuda al posicionamiento de la marca.
