{"id":2764,"date":"2026-02-03T10:30:36","date_gmt":"2026-02-03T16:30:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/divimark.com\/?p=2764"},"modified":"2026-02-03T10:30:37","modified_gmt":"2026-02-03T16:30:37","slug":"automatizacion-de-edictos-de-propiedad-intelectual","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/divimark.com\/es\/automatizacion-de-edictos-de-propiedad-intelectual\/","title":{"rendered":"Automatizaci\u00f3n de Edictos de Propiedad Intelectual"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Por medio de la Directriz DPI-001-2026 el Registro de la Propiedad Intelectual, publicada en el Dario Oficial La Gaceta No. 15 del 23 de enero de 2026 anuncia la automatizaci\u00f3n del env\u00edo de los edictos de solicitudes marcarias para su publicaci\u00f3n en el Diario Oficial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En virtud de esta Directriz, a partir del 2 de febrero del a\u00f1o en curso, el Registro enviar\u00e1 directamente todos los edictos referentes a solicitudes de inscripci\u00f3n de marcas, as\u00ed como los edictos de cambios de nombres de marcas, para su debida publicaci\u00f3n.&nbsp; De esta manera, los usuarios deber\u00e1n ingresar directamente a la p\u00e1gina web de la Imprenta Nacional para pagar los edictos sin necesidad de crear una solicitud de publicaci\u00f3n y enviar el edicto a la Imprenta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En estrecha colaboraci\u00f3n con el Registro, en los \u00faltimos cuatro meses Divimark Abogados colabor\u00f3 en el plan piloto en este proyecto, brindando retroalimentaci\u00f3n para su exitoso desarrollo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por medio de la Directriz DPI-001-2026 el Registro de la Propiedad Intelectual, publicada en el Dario Oficial La Gaceta No. 15 del 23 de enero de 2026 anuncia la automatizaci\u00f3n del env\u00edo de los edictos de solicitudes marcarias para su publicaci\u00f3n en el Diario Oficial.
